In July, the price of ortho benzene stabilized, the price of industrial naphthalene fluctuated and stabilized, and the cost support of phthalic anhydride still exists. In July, phthalic anhydride equipment was repaired, and the operating rate of phthalic anhydride enterprises decreased, resulting in a reduction in phthalic anhydride supply. The downstream plasticizer market fluctuated and rose, and the operating load of plasticizer enterprise equipment decreased, weakening the demand support for phthalic anhydride. Stable supply and weak demand led to the stabilization of phthalic anhydride prices in July.
